Deceptive Salesman - Brad Lister Initially sent in request for online quote for high-level trim. Attended dealership in person to test drive vehicle, but realized mid-level trim was Initially sent in request for online quote for high-level trim. Attended dealership in person to test drive vehicle, but realized mid-level trim was a good fit for my needs. Brad was friendly and comes across as a likeable guy. Then when we sat down to talk numbers, it all fell apart. Brad Lister deceived me into believing a quote was for a mid-level trim, since that is the vehicle I test drove and liked. Then Brad said he couldn't provide colour of vehicle I wanted and offered high-level trim vehicle on the lot for same price quoted for mid-level. Manager Chris was apparently not aware of this deception by Brad because after I looked at the high-level trim vehicle, Chris happened to mention the initial quote given to me by Brad was for the high-level trim vehicle. Brad was trying to offer me a 'deal' where I could get the high-level trim in a different colour for the price of a mid-level trim vehicle; however, that clearly was not the case. Not cool, Brad. Not cool. I will never do business at this dealership because Brad Lister clearly violated any trust that existed before this encounter. More

Don't by a car designed in Korea for use in snow Drive these crap cars in the snow and the undercrap will fall off....and don't bother with warranty up sells...they won't cover poor design features.. AND DEFIANTLY DON'T BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY....THEY DON'T HONOR THE REGULAR WARRANTY More
