BUYER BEWARE! !! Within a couple of days after purchasing a vehicle, the tire started to lose air. I contacted the dealership expecting them to stand behind the veh !! Within a couple of days after purchasing a vehicle, the tire started to lose air. I contacted the dealership expecting them to stand behind the vehicles that they sell and help resolve the issue, but I was told that the tire had a nail in and would need to be replaced at my cost. What makes this even more frustrating is that the dealership advertises a 30-Day Exchange Policy for customers who feel their vehicle isn’t right for them. My issue occurred within days of purchasing, yet no reasonable solution was offered. I’m also disappointed with how management handled the situation. I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I tried to call back multiple times and Amar the sales manager did not return my calls instead choosing to act unprofessionally and cowardly. I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely listened to. The dealership promotes values such as “creating memorable experiences,” “enriching lives,” and “actively listening to customer needs.” Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those promises. A dealership should stand behind their product especially if it is within 1 week of purchase. Since the tire has a slow leak we have no idea if this problem existed before the car was purchased. I believe a reputable dealership would demonstrate good customer service and take care of such a minor issue to keep their client happy. That is definitely not the case with Hyundai Abbotsford. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously. The issue itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and customer support made the experience even worse. If you they promote “creating memorable experiences” and “actively listening” these should be meet. This did not give us a positive memorable experience and I warn any future customers in purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. More

He answered all my questions openly and honestly and driving away I felt that I had purchased the perfect vehicle for me at a fair and reasonable price. The entire staff was friendly and I felt comfortable right from the moment I walked into the door. I would recommend Abbotsford Hyundai as I believe you will get fair treatment - they listened to both my needs and my financial situation and worked with me to help me meet my goals.
