I am 38 years old and I was out to buy my first car, I had a budget in mind and I had looked around the internet, but I really didn't know for sure what I wanted. My first few encounters with dealers at H had a budget in mind and I had looked around the internet, but I really didn't know for sure what I wanted. My first few encounters with dealers at Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai were unfortunately just what I expected, I wont waste much time on them, except to say that they made me feel as uncomfortable and unknowledgeable about the car buying experience as I was. I was at the point that a few more dealerships and I was going to stick to public transportation and curse under my breather for a year about all the money I had put into driving lessons. I headed into 427 Kia with the same reservations in mind , ready for another onslaught of questions I had no answers too, smirks and offhanded remarks about my lack of experience, and a dealer after putting me through all that, then showing me to vehicles I couldn't possibly afford. Rocky was a breath of fresh air to say the least, right away he made me feel at ease, at no point did I feel inadequate or stupid, he was so patient with me, he answered all my questions he explained to me about the different options available and what impressed me even more was that he recommended the car I bought (The Kia Soul), because not only was it within my price range, (I had also priced souls, rios and fortes in my research and this was a great price), it fit my lifestyle so perfectly, I can haul around things for work, that I normally would have to rent a truck for a day to do. Also 2 of the dealers I had dealt with before had also gone on about add on's for the vehicle, Rocky did not pressure me in any way about add on's I wanted winter mats and a trunk mat and he didn't push me into buying 6 more options that I couldn't do without. I honestly forgot in the whole process with Rocky that I was a first time buyer, he made me feel so comfortable even after I had the car I was sitting in the lot enjoying the new car smell and radio, Rocky still came out to ensure I was okay and offer any assistance again, either by phone email or in person. On another note the credit department gets a rating of 6 out of 5, I believe it was linden that I dealt with, he was so professional, calm, cool and collective. But the things that impressed me the most, I had been turned down by the banks, just told no, as usual big banks just no, no option, Linden worked with me, found and option I was comfortable with and there was no pressure to buy all the different insurances that all loan companies offer, and in my personal experience have so many loopholes and are so hard to collect on, they are worthless. If you are a new car buyer and are afraid to go out there (it took me 6 months before I even started), Rocky is the dealer for you, he will treat you with respect and dignity and you wont feel embarrassed about buying that first car, trust me I am glad I found him. Myself and my wife wasn't completed sure with regards buying a new until we meet with Rocky at 427\QEW KIA. Rocky was able to manage the best for my money and not trying to get more money from me and provided a lower quality car. With great understand about what the customer need and what they want, no more no less. Rocky also provided a very fast service with incredible quality. My deal was closed within 48 hours including insurance and all paper work with banks and etc. I had 0 headache to buy a brand new which was something i would never expected to happen. Rocky Thank You once again for all the support from you and your managers to have this deal closed as fast as possible. Rocky will be recommended to anyone asking for a car dealer 100% of the time. This is the worst dealership I could have chosen. Absolutely no care for their clients. Good luck trying to get a hold of these people.... no one calls back or answers emails. Not only was I told I could pick up my vehicle on Thursday and not end up getting it until the next Monday.... every time I called to see if I could come in, no one answered or called me back after leaving messages. I was also told they "lost" my vehicle. When i finally could pick up the vehicle, not only did I get rushed out of there, as soon as I drove home, my oil light came on, the side panelling lifted off, and my LED light was burnt out. After calling them for 2 weeks straight and emailing, no one to this day has returned my messages. Absolute crap service. If you want a terrible experience and contant immediate issues with your newly purchased vehicle, by all means go to this dealership.. but it will be a waste of your time and an abundance of unwanted added stress. I have a warranty and have been trying to call to bring it in and fix what needs to be fixed but nothing.... great work team! all of you... sales consultants, customer service, General Managers, and service department. Awful. More

Although we have closer locations to our home, the customer service provided by Brian was a step above the competition. He's very patient, shows a genuine care for his customers and will go the extra mile to ensure that his clients are completely satisfied. We purchased a brand new KIA Optima SX and cannot be any happier. A great experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend the services of Brian to anyone. More
We purchased our first new car. Kia Forte5, at this dealership and had a great experience. Rocky and Nave were friendly and worked to meet our budget. I will recommend 427/QEW Kia to my friends and family and tell them to see Rocky. I cannot remember the name of the financial rep., but he was also great to work with. The front desk receptionist is professional and courteous, and the service staff is great when i visit for the regular oil/maintenance. Happy shopping! More
Brian and this dealership is what we all hope for when we go to purchase a new auto. We entered the dealership to shop for a new car with very little knowledge of the Kia product. We were greeted by Brian as we began our experience on the sales floor. We explained we were looking to purchase a new vehicle but were not sure just what yet and we were comparing Kia to other models on the market from competitors. He was informative and helpful in giving us the knowledge to properly compare and make an informative decision on which auto to buy. After getting a tour of the sales floor and explanation of the different cars from Brian we decided to test drive the new 2014 Kia Rondo. This test drive allowed us to get a feeling of how the car handles on both city and highway driving. Brian answered all of our questions and made us feel like well informed consumers. He proceeded to give us a tour of the whole dealership and explained what to expect for support from them. After comparing other models from competitors we decided on purchasing the 2014 Kia Rondo. We were treated very well by all staff in the whole purchase process. We want to thank Sam and Linden in their help with the negotiations and financing for our new car. They were professional and friendly and made us feel comfortable with our decision to purchase. With Brian we cannot thank him enough with his help and all he did in making this new car purchase a great experience for the whole family. He answered all of our questions as well as our children's and made them feel like they part of the purchase process as well.
