Henok was open to entertaining my offer. Dealing with Patrick from the management team was equally as positive. Patrick was also open to entertaining my offer and after a quick negotiation a great price was settled upon. It truly was a positive negotiation process. My experience with Farid in the finance department was OK. While I acknowledge it is his job to up-sell on the extended warranties, etc... I perceived an attitude change when I made it clear I was not interested in what he was selling. At the end of the day I got a new vehicle for a great price. More

After providing me with a walk around the vehicle he then took me on a test drive (in protective covering) starting with him at the wheel and when there was a clear space switched places with me and was VERY PATIENT with where I took him. Upon arriving back at 417 Nissan we negotiated the purchase and he represented my position to his managers successfully on my behalf. I then proceeded to the finance manager's area where the deal was completed and a date set up to take possession. All in all a VERY SATISFACTORY experience, particularly in these quite stressful times with the COVID-19 virus in place. Thank you Marcel Salem and the rest of the 417 Nissan staff. More
