I am so beyond thrilled with the service that I received from 401 Dixie Nissan. My husband was unable to join me on my initial visit, and I was so nervous to go in solo. Afraid of getting upsold or taken advantage of, my fears were quickly put to rest when I met Akash (Sales Consultant). We discussed my budget and what I was looking for in a replacement. He presented me with a few options and shared the pros and cons for each. I test drove both, and after continued conversation, I was sold on a 2021 Certified Preowned Rogue. Akash spoke to me like a human being; speaking plainly and honestly. I then met Daniyal (Finance Manager) and he walked through every option for financing and warranties. I felt fully informed and aware of my options and managed to finalize a plan that made sense for me. I just drove the Rogue home and I am just thrilled. Looks and feels like a brand new vehicle! I can see that in the past this place didn't receive stellar reviews, but I hope people take note. I will be recommending friends and family to this dealership in the future for sure!! More
