My overall experience with this dealership was great. Much better that other dealerships I've dealt with before. Jordan was very helpful and up front as well. The only thing i was a bit dissappointed with was the PDI. The car was not as clean as i would have liked on the exterior and my wifes car had water marks on the interior, im guessing from when the tint was installed. In my opinion, new cars should be detailed after all other work is done. Aside from that, it was a very good experience overall. More

It was due to price saving compared to my local Kia dealerhip that I purchased through 401 Kia. I contacted Mr Sharma to confirm pick up of my new car at 10:30 am on Saturday, Nov. 17. At the same time Mr Sharma confirmed that I would be able to secure a "pick-up" ride to the dealership in advance of 10:30 all I would have to do was to phone and a ride would be forthcoming. At 9:45 am I contacted the dealership gave my location etc then waited for my ride. I was waiting outside . At 10:45 am I contacted the dealership and inquired about my ride. Mr Sharma could not be located. Subsequently I was In formed My ride would pick me up between 11:00 and 11:30 am. At 11:34 am I again contacted dealership and asked where my ride was. They was no one to pick me up I was then informed. I began to walk. I was then picked up while I was enroute, arriving at the dealership at approximately 12:20 pm. Mr. Sharam could not be located for me Mr Arcangel now stepped up and finalized the purchase. Mr Arcangel was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend his service to friends and family. The was a complication on final delivery in that a second key for the vehicle was not available. Mr Arcangel assured me that one would be supplied in the near future. My problem is that I do not live near the dealership in fact I am 1360 KM distant thus I do not go near to pick up the key at any convienent time. A friend will try on Nov 28. As I was leaving Mr. Sharma finally came to see me. I informed him that I was very unhappy with him. More

My first impression of this dealer was that of helpfulness. From the moment we entered the dealership we were greeted with a warm smile and had paged the salesperson that we came to meet with. He introduced himself to both of us and shook our hands. He informed us immediately that he was with another customer and that he would be with us as soon as he was done. After looking around the dealership, Johnny came outside and asked us I we needed help. We told him that we were interested in test driving a vehicle. He immediately went in to retrieve the plates and took us out for a test drive. Omce we were done with the test drive, he informed us hat he had another car to show us which just came into he dealership. We were glad that he showed this to us as it was the perfect one for our family. He was very pleasant to deal with and was not pushy at anytime. He came across as a very genuine and sincere person that believed in the cara that he was selling. I have already recommended your dealership to my co-workers and friends just from this one experience in dealing with Johnny. After visiting another dealership that consistently asked us to compromise models and price we were introduced to Debbie the General entire process. She made the entire purchasing process quick, easy and fun. Visiting the dealer we found very friendly and efficient service from Ahmed. His ability to have all the details in place and ready for us to pick up the car and show us the features of our new car was very impressive. The full tank of gas was a nice touch that allowed us to drive home and enjoy our new Sportage on a cool evening. We will definitely (and already have) recommend both Debbie and Ahmed. My car had been in an accident and we were looking to buy a used car but with limited km. on it. I had researched on the internet and we headed off to 401 Kia. My husband and I were outside looking at cars when Amit joined us. I told him I wanted to look at a Sportage. He informed me that a 2011 Sportage had just arrived as a trade in. He got the keys and off we went. While driving we discussed with Amit the pros and cons of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Amit was very informative without pressuring us to purchase new. I took the new Sportage for a drive as well. He then left my husband and myself alone to discuss what we wanted to do, again with no pressure. When we went back inside Amit gave us prices for both the used and new Sportage. We discussed what we were willing to pay for the 2011 Sportage and Amit took it to his supervisor. We bartered back and forth, with Amit as the go between until we came a price we were happy with. Not once were made to feel like our asking price was too low. Amit told us his job was to make us happy. Once the deal was made, we were sent off to finalize the contract. Again another friendly and informative face. I picked up my car the next day as per arranged by Amit. When I arrived I was greeted by Customer Service who was on the phone. She apologized for keeping me waiting and paged Amit for me. Amit welcomed me back with a warm smile and handshake. He took me back to his desk and explained every piece of paper he needed me to sign. He then made copies for me and gave me everything in a folder. Once the transaction was completed he took me outside to my new car. For another 1/2 hour he explained the workings of the car and even set up the bluetooth for me. Then we took pictures with myself and several other Kia employees. Each and everyone congratulated me on my purchase. I drove away feeling well looked after. On the following Monday I received a call from 401 Kia checking to see if I had any issues or problems. I told them I was very happy and my husband plans to buy his next car from 401 Kia (and Amit) next year. Linda Cervini More
