After I had initially inquired online about trading in my car, he responded within the same day, and followed up with a phone call a day or two later, which was great because it gave me enough time to think about upgrading without pressure. When I was unable to drive my car to the dealership to check out the inventory, he came out of his way to pick me up from home, which was not a close drive. It was great having someone not pressure me into a car I didn't want and kept in mind my budget and needs. There is no other dealership I will purchase a vehicle from. After discovering that the new Kia Rio was getting such great reviews for being "best under 20k", I had no choice but to pursue this further by going to dealerships and getting more information possible. I went to 2 other dealerships and was met with poor customer service and a reluctance to find me the vehicle that I wanted. I went online and found the exact 2013 Kia Rio EX 6spd manual transmission that I wanted and called up 401 Kia to inquire about the Rio. I was forwarded to Ahmed Mercei. Ahmed is a terrific, stand up sales representative and gave me all the information I was asking about the Rio. I went in to 401 Kia to speak in person to discuss further details about a potential transaction. Ahmed's customer service is, by far, one of the best I have experienced and I work in the casino industry where customer service is the driving force of the corporation. Very honest and straight up with his answers. Did I mention this was my 1st time at a new dealership, buying a new vehicle? Ahmed made the experience very seamless and all of my questions were answered and all concerns addressed. Making the decision to buy a new vehicle is a typically stressful one.
