M wife and I met Amit at the dealership on Apr 14th. Amit was very friendly and never "pushed" us towards something at any point. When it came to financing, changing ownership, license plates etc., Amit took care of everything in a professional and timely manner and we had to just come and pick up the vehicle in the end. Growing up, I had heard a lot of negative myths about car dealerships and salespeople. But Amit's excellent customer service busted all of them. Sunil at 401 Dixie Kia took exceptional care of my account from the beginning to the very end. He was extremely relatable, friendly and showed he was devoted to my account. He equipped me with great information about my Optima, and didn't miss a feature, right down from fuel consumption to accessories, and safety. I was never kept waiting at the dealership, even when I showed up unannounced a couple of days later! He kept in touch throughout the entire process and was very accommodating. He even offered to come in on his day off had I wanted to pick up my car that day. Above all, he listened. I had some concerns about budget and he and the management team were able to make it work for me. Sunil also gave me some solid advice about returning my old lease to my previous dealer, to ease any anxiety and concerns I had of returning it. He educated me on the process, to make sure I was being taken care of, even outside of Kia.
