While all offered comparable financing and good vehicles the sales help offered by Chantelle @ Kia ultimately led us to choose the Kia Rio, we have been delighted with the car and I would recommend both the dealership and Chantelle in particular without reservation. Professional and Friendly Service! We purchased a 2014 Kia Sportage with actually no intention of purchasing a new vehicle so quickly. Having gone looking for cars in that area on a Sunday, it was the only one open and immediately we were greeted by the sales associate Chantelle. Not only was she patient and understanding of our needs but she made great recommendations based on our budget and what would be best for our growing family as a starter. I was more so impressed by her service and promptness after the sale, ensuring the car arrived on time and following up months after having the car to check that we were fully satisfied with it. She wasn't pushy which made the decision making process that much easier. She went above and beyond customer service. Looking forward to working with the team when we decide to change our car again! Chantelle was excellent and explained the process with regards to the contract and informed me of the options available on all Kia's. I explained how much a sun/moon roof met to me and I was overjoyed when Chantelle found my Optima with my chosen colour, Satin Metal with a panoramic roof. Within a couple of days the car was brought in from another town. Chantelle introduced me to the other staff who were all courteous and made me feel right at home. I was delighted to receive the car in excellent condition and the tank filled up with gas. I would certainly tell anyone to contact Chantelle at 401 Dixie Kia. I can't say enough about Chantelle she never pressured me at all. This meant a lot to me as a woman buying my first new car on my own. Thank you Chantelle for making my first car purchase so easy. 2015 Sorento LX V6 experince We had been looking for a new vehicle to replace our aging minivan. We had test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Subaru Forester. Since we had previously rented a Kia Sorento while on vacation in Calgary last year, we decided to take a look at a new Sorento. There are 2 Kia dealerships in my area, but we ended up going 401 Dixie Kia. We arrived at 7 pm, looked around the showroom and Marcus acknowledged us soon after. We took a test drive and came back to talk about a deal. It was a very pleasant process and there was never any pressure on us. We felt very comfortable negotiating with the tag team of Marcus and Chris. We had struck a deal by 8:45pm. They even offered us a good deal on our old vehicle. Melissa finished the paper work. They all stayed late because they close at 9pm. On the day we picked up the vehicle, we were given a tour of the dealership, and introduced to the staff in parts and service departments. We had a great experience at the dealership. Go see Marcus. Sorry, only gave 4 stars on price because we always want a better price, but we're happy. More
Above and beyond Just a brief note to let you know that I have been to 4 Kia dealers. I went to a dealer in Malton, Brampton Kia and Queensway Kia. Finally I found Just a brief note to let you know that I have been to 4 Kia dealers. I went to a dealer in Malton, Brampton Kia and Queensway Kia. Finally I found 401 Kia and have been going there for over a year. I will not go anywhere else. I actually got to meet Katie and Eric and they are a sweet couple who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work wherever they are needed. The one thing that really hit me today when I was there, was when Katie walked into the Service Area and the 2 employees behind the desk both immediately smiled and said hello to her. That to me showed that she is liked by her staff and they are not intimidated or nervous around her. Really made an impact on me and I pointed out to her what I noticed. The staff always go out of their way to help me. They could give your dealers lessons on how to treat staff and customers. Just wanted you to know you now have a satisfied customer thanks to them. More

Worst Customer Service After fighting for over a month about rust on my two year old Kia, it was finally approved to be covered under warranty. Had appt. booked for a Monda After fighting for over a month about rust on my two year old Kia, it was finally approved to be covered under warranty. Had appt. booked for a Monday morning and was told they need my car for four days. Show up Monday morning and there is no record of my appt or any work order. Service manager was off sick and no one knew anything she was working on. Left with my car. Was called later to bring it back in! Friday afternoon get a call that my car is back from the body shop and to come pick it up. Said there were other issues that needed to be looked after i.e. two mouldings that were ordered about five weeks ago and all the other marks all over my car were to be "polished" out (because they refused to admit that they were all rust marks). I was politely told they don't have time to finish my car and I would need to bring to bring it back once the mouldings were in. Argued with them again that they had my car for a whole week and know you don't have time to finish the work order. and even argued with Katie, one of the new owners, who in the same conversation told me my car was there and then said my car should be back in an hour. This place doesn't know how to run a successful business. I will never ever take my kia back there for service and I'm so disappointed in Kia I am ready to trade the car in for a Honda! More
