He offered the test drive, and made sure i was aware of the basics in the car before we drove off. He took the time to explain, the details of the vehicle, and it's capabilities. There was no pressure in the purchase of the vehicle, but Nav Gill went above and beyond and made me feel right at home. Once the vehicle was purchased, he took the time again to explain all the features of the vehicle, provided additional information when requested. I was very impressed with the follow up call I received from Nav asking how i was enjoying my new vehicle. I was actually touched, that he wanted to ensure that i was still happy with my purchase. All of my questions were answered fully, carefully and accurately. We dealt with Nav Gill, AMAZING. If he was unsure of something he went out of his way to find out. We enjoyed test driving a Sedona and he was very patient as both my boyfriend and I took turns test driving. Always pointing out various features of the Sedona as we drove. He walked around the lot with us (several times) while we debated on colours etc. He sat with us while we talked numbers and was never bothered by the thousands of questions and different price structures I kept asking him about. We felt welcome, comfortable and right at home. We also dealt with Marco Diaferia and again, never felt rushed or pressured. The dealership was busy. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and there were a lot of customers there. However as I've mentioned, we never once felt rushed or that time was ticking. We felt like we were the only clients in the world. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Katie and Eric's 401 Dixie Kia! I would also like to add that I've had my car for 5 days now and I absolutely LOVE it. It is a fabulous mini van with tons of space, and excellent safety features. It drives beautifully. Hamid was excellent to work with and spent the time to take me for a test drive, and to show me some of the features of my new car when I picked it up. Amit was kind enough to work through the financials with me, and to explain the process as he was doing it - this was my first (new) car purchase, so the time they spent working with me was greatly appreciated! My only complaint about the experience would be that I was never able to see what the service schedule would look like if I were to have purchased the extended warranty. I was apprehensive about the extended warranty and didn't want to purchase it without having more info - I did ask for it a couple of times, but no one seemed to be able to provide it. Overall, great experience, and very happy with my new car! More
