Excellent Customer Service! I recently retired and moved to Elliot Lake but because I have bought a vehicle from this dealership before and have had my car serviced here several I recently retired and moved to Elliot Lake but because I have bought a vehicle from this dealership before and have had my car serviced here several times as well and was treated with excellent customer service I decided to return. I can't say enough good things about my most recent experience with Tom Fulton and Jessica Puddifant. Both Tom and Jessica both were very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me decide on a new Jeep. Because I was not in a hurry to buy as I would not have the money for a few months we decided to do a factory order. They both stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process and kept me informed as to the progress of my new car's progress. Then when it arrived I had to drive 6 hours from Elliot Lake to pick it up but they both waited for me to arrive even though they were done work for the day. They let me take it for a test drive and switch everything between vehicles before introducing me to Terri Sharp who very quickly and efficiently processed my transaction. Then I was greeted by both Tom and Jessica again as I walked towards my new car they answered all of questions about it and we shook hands and I departed with a very satisfied feeling. It was almost like I was dealing family. The friendliness of all of the staff definitely will have me returning to get my car serviced there. More
