I am am a satisfied customer. Sales team were outstanding, knowledgeable about the product, honest with responses to questions asked, and very professional, yet friendly.This was complimented by the finance team, a lady who was very thorough, solution provider and customer friendly.

Not impressed of being charged 350.00 restocking charge. I feel was wrong. I ordered a part they told me I need, I called back within 15 min to put order on hold. I called back later canceling the order. They informed me the cut off to cancel was past and needed to charge me a restocking fee. They confirmed the part was not yet shipped but the charge was for canceling. But I believe 350.00 was very extreme of a charge. Will not deal with them again if I can help it, specifically when I do purchase a new vehicle

Had a bad experience with the dealership approx 8 years ago but with the new dealership and Kelly Flynn it was a great buying experience. Would definitely recommend PR Chrysler to anyone.
