What Others Say

I needed parts for my 2008 Dodge Caliber. Tasha got right on it, and found what I needed. All the repairs were done, and everything works great. My Dodge is an older model, but it has been good to me over the years, and I want to keep it for awhile. Thank you Country Chrysler in High River, I sure do appreciate you, and the work you do. I've been dealing with this dealer for several years and have always had very good service. I recently had a dead battery and could not start my car. Scott was kind enough to come and pick up my car and have it serviced with a replacement. Since I live in Okotoks, he drove here to pick up the car and when repaired, he drove back to Okotoks to deliver the car. Service was beyond expectations. Thank you Scott.

This dealer ship treats you like family and helps you out as much as they can. Does not get you to change stuff out that does not need to be done. Also will drop prices a bit to help you out. I would recommend this dealer ship to any one that wants to be treated like a human and not just another number.

My vehicle has been damaged inn the past during a service which they denied having done but still opted to repair it. Recently another vehicle went in for a service/oil change and came out with a steering rack 'Profuse' leak costing over $2000. Due to the fact that the vehicle was going to go on a journey of over 600kms I decided to take no risks and got the work done. Upon getting to the destination the water pump blows. (Something that has tell tail signs but were not seen or identified by the mechanic. Country Chrysler claimed that they couldn't do anything other than advising to have the vehicle towed to a Dodge / Chrysler dealership 130kms away on a long weekend and no repair until after the long weekend. This was unfeasible. Looking at all options considering expense we decided to have the vehicle repaired locally and the mechanic (Bless Him) even worked on a Sunday to get the job done. In my mind thats what a consciences mechanic does unlike Dodge / Chrysler. Over $1000 later the vehicle was ready to be driven home safely. Chrysler Canada were contacted in order to try and get the money re-imbersed and they refused point blank. The reasons were because, although it was under warranty, the work wasn't diagnosed, agreed to, carried out and /or part installed by a Dodge / Chrysler Dealership. NO MIDDLE GROUND. My questions are that every problem has tell tail signs, why were they not picked up by the mechanic and how does a vehicle go into a dealership with no issues and come out with multiple???? especially one that is 4 years old and below average mileage. These guys have done nothing to keep their clientele so why should you honour them with your business when they're going to treat you like that. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE AND EXPENSE. Thank you for reading.

We broke down in Manitoba and called Scott for help! He was awesome and so helpful even if we aren't at his shop. Highly recommend.

We bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership. Should have walked away from the beginning as even the sales service was pretty pitiful. Lesson learned. The trucks electrical system started failing within the first year. Had multiple issues with it after that. Before it hit 100,000km the camshaft needed replacing.. .to the tune of $6500.00. And all through out this ordeal the service has been awful. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
