My new caravan was under warranty. The battery died. I bought the last battery off them before it was gone. Otherswise it would be 4 weeks for a new one to come in they said.. I asked them to install it then get.my money back. They said it would be next week before they could install it. I had my mechanic install the new battery. I needed my van Now they wont warranty it cause they said they didn't install it. They left me in a no win situation.

Buyer beware, would not be surprised to find out they ate sell re-vinned cars, very shady sales practices. The whole experience was really off. Go somewhere else.

Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

I had a current order in for a last call Dodge Challenger. The order was placed six months ago with an agreed price which was over $10000 the MSRP. The dealership has become greedy and is saying they don't think they can fill that order unless i pay $20000 over MSRP. That is not what was agreed upon six months ago. This is a poor business practice and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated fairly. Be Careful!!!!
