Worse Service Manager ever, Joanne lies through teeth, and listens in on all of the conversations. Pathetic, as are the finance people and the GM is a low life glorified used car salesman

I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership without even getting to the point of stepping in for service. I was absolutely chastised by the receptionist and interrogated as if I was a criminal just trying to speak with a service adviser. I had a question about resetting a service reminder and programming an additional key but the process became so insulting and convoluted after two attempted conversations (without even reaching a service adviser!) that I decided to contact an independent shop which was much more helpful. They are obviously focused on their own profits to the point that customer service is completely thrown out the window. I would advise anyone looking to deal with this folks to look elsewhere to save yourself the insult.

I bought my Audi S3 in April from Victoria Audi Autohaus. They accommodated my travels from Kamloops and were ready for me when I arrived. They communicated with me through the whole experience. They were very professional and made my experience as stress free as possible from arrival to my departure. The vehicle was in perfect condition as promised and I received a follow up call as soon as I returned home. Found the vehicle thru on-line search and made all arrangements to purchase. We are from Kelowna so this was a long distance deal. David Vollet completed the sale once we arrived and all conditions we agreed to on-line were met 100%. They paid our return ferry costs & gave us a full tank of gas. Stephanie Galpin looked after the paperwork and gave us a great price on an extended warranty. I had additional questions once we got home and she responded with information in a very timely matter. Call me anal but that stuff is important to me. We were given time to talk without employees around. Overall, one of the best dealer transactions for us and I've had many with over 50 years of buying vehicles! Allowed partial payment with credit card (we collect points).

Have been an Audi customer since 2002 and recently purchased second Audi. Dealership personnel are very straightforward and professional. Graham was a pleasure to deal with and customer delivery person Stephanie was very knowledgeable and professional.

Graham and the other staff at Audi were the best. Before going to Audi I had a less than pleasurable experience and Graham and his coworkers restored my faith in the industry keeping me updated and in the loop. Way to go guys. I would definitely buy another vehicle there!
