My family and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a truck from Big West Ford, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Sam Nazzal, our salesperson, stood out right away. He was an absolute gem. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect truck. When we arrived, we were unsure about the specific truck specs we wanted. Sam graciously offered us a test drive, allowing us to get a feel for the vehicle. However, when we realized we needed a different engine configuration, Sam was more than accommodating. He patiently guided us through our options, never once being pushy or applying any pressure. Sam’s dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was commendable. And here’s the heartwarming part for us: Sam was incredibly good with our children who were with us in all the appointments. He even offered to hold the little one while we sorted out paperwork.
