Porsche Centre North Toronto

I’m not sure where to start so I will start at the beginning. Back in April I dropped into Porsche North Toronto (PNT) unannounced. This is when I met Leslie Wong for the first time. I made it very clear at that time I was only here for education on 911’s. Leslie spent a good 45 min to an hour with me talking about the Porsche brand and answering the many questions I had. I left the dealership with great appreciation for the time Leslie spent with me. He never once tried to rush me out of his or to pressure me into a test drive or to purchase a vehicle. Fast forward 3 months (after visiting many other dealerships during that 3 month period) I landed back in Leslie’s office where I ended up buying my first (certainly not my last) Porsche. Funny how our dealings ended up coming full circle. I believe this to be true because Leslie took the time to make me feel like PNT was a family and that I was part of it. Leslie introduced my wife and I to Michelle (Financial Services Manager). Michelle, was now the second person I have met in PNT that was very friendly, she too offered more (yet different) informative information about the Porsche brand. The day my wife and I picked up the car we are introduced to Kellyann (Kelly, Porsche Pro). Kelly’s role was to deliver the car to us as Leslie was out of town attending new 911 training. She too was extremely friendly and personable. Kelly filmed my wife and I while we did the big unveiling of the 911. Given that we have been wanting to own a 911 for some time, having the unveiling captured on film was a very special experience for us. Kelly then went through all the options on the car with both my wife and myself to make sure we understood how to use everything. After all questions were answered by Kelly, she then walked us around and introduced us to the Service Consultants and the Parts Department. Subsequent to the purchase of the 911 I went on to purchase a Macan Turbo (the Macan was a pre-owned vehicle). Unfortunately I didn’t buy this vehicle from PNT as they didn’t have one that fit my wants at the time. I can tell you the entire purchase experience at the other Porsche dealership wasn’t anywhere near the exceptional level of service we received at PNT. We left the dealership in our new (to us Macan) feeling underwhelmed by the whole experience. I can tell you I will only be servicing my vehicles at PNT and when possible purchasing them there too! In my opinion Porsche North Toronto is second to non in all levels of customer service! They truly make you feel like you are part of a family and not just a number.
