I sold my car to them last week. They waited until after the paper work was finished and I signed my car over to them, to inform me it would take days to write a check. In this time they have apparently managed to get my car threw it's safety inspection, detailing, photo shoot and ads posted for sale. Yet they haven't had time to write me a check. Just remember if your going to be a customer of Langley Chrysler you will come LAST!!! THEY WILL DO FOR Themselves FIRST AND THE CUSTOMER LAST! They have become difficult to get a hold of and haven't returned my calls. Considering contacting the VSA in regards to my issue if something isn't resolved in the next couple hours. More

I bought tires on October 23, 2021 and I made an appointment for October 29 2021. I went in for 745 am appointment. And when I got there he couldn’t find appointment. I talk to Josh In-service. I recently decided to buy a new vehicle and went to all brands of automobiles to try them all out and settled on a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle 2021. I went to six (6) different Chrysler dealerships a brands of automobiles to try them all out and settled on a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle 2021. I went to six (6) different Chrysler dealerships and decided that Langley Chrysler gave me the best deal by far. Of course deals depend on the sales manager and I was extremely pleased with Shamal Goundar who authorized an extremely competitive price. The sales guys Ziyaad Badshah and Thomas Vlasik were also great and I especially appreciated the extra mile that Thomas went to in driving to and picking me up from the Scrap-it site in Surrey where I had to drop off my old vehicle. Finally the service I got from Tara in the finance department was also excellent and she made a suggestion to me that gave me more flexibility at a slightly lower price which I very much appreciated. I almost forgot but the Parts Department also came through with excellent pricing for some add ons that I wanted. All in all I can recommend them for both good prices and good service. More

I had Ziyaad as my cardealer he's very nice and was very helpful in the process of information and actually getting the car. He would even send me videos of the car and its features because I couldn't go th helpful in the process of information and actually getting the car. He would even send me videos of the car and its features because I couldn't go there in person which I was very greatful and happy with. There were just some minor issues when the car came but they did get it fixed from a local Mazda in my area. Langley Chrysler was even able to deliver it to me on the island and I was very greatful. I love my car and am very happy. Only thing I'd like to add is when I expressed my concern and did want the repairs done it was a very long process and it took me constant emails to them to actually get the appointment made and even then it took about a month for it to actually happen. I understand there is a process to getting things done but they always assured me they were on top of things yet I wouldn't hear anything for weeks until I would email and they would just say they were still working on it. Another would be make sure you test drive and come into the dealership in person, I'm just lucky I got a newer car and there weren't issues with the drive but make sure to always inspect and bargain in person. I was told there were no visible scratches or dents in the exterior body of my car but there were actually quite a bit of scratches... (Not small scratches either) and cracks in the windshield. (They did say they would write me a cheque after I got the windshield fixed as reimbursement so I'm happy about that) If I had known I would've pushed for a lower price because of those scratches.. honestly the people are very nice and helpful but I initially wasn't supposed to buy this car. I felt very pressured and rushed with everything. I expressed that I did not want to commit yet but they pushed the papers through and I got a call 2 days later saying I was already approved and that they needed my information to finalize it all. As a young, naive first time buyer I just agreed and gave it anyways.. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT THE CAR BEFORE AGREEING TO A PRE-APPROVAL. Even though you say you do not want to commit they are very good with persuading. I have no anger towards Ziyaad as I know he is doing his absolute best and is just doing his job. I just would like to say definitely go in person to check out the car. They did offer to bring me over and check out the car when signing the papers so I could test drive and they would pay for my way there and I know I am at fault there because I should have but I was just too afraid to go to Vancouver especially because of this pandemic. But another complaint would be getting charged with a gas fee; when buying a car they have a warning at the bottom of the website stating they have fees for this and that and the gas fee was one of them. I recieved my car and it was practically at empty... I emailed and told them about it and they said they will see what they can do. Nothing happened. I got nothing. I didn't get a reimbursement and no further information about the issue. I was just tired of emailing and waiting for a response and just let it go as long as they paid for the repairs I was happy. Honestly I was just upset at how I kept expressing how this car was just way too expensive and that I wanted to back out and had even already said no to buying it and yet there were issues with the car. With the price I got charged I expected the car to be SPOTLESS. AND with the pandemic going on they say they clean the car to be safe... When I got the car yeah it was mostly clean looking but in the sunglasses compartment the past owners sunglasses were inside and in the side door pocket compartments there were USED DENTAL FLOSS PICKS!!!!! NOT ONE BUT TWO. If it was fully cleaned and examined that SHOULD NOT BE THERE. I was in horror when I stuck my hand in the car door to clean the compartment and picked it up with my bare hands ESPECIALLY WITH THIS PANDEMIC. There were also weird dirt splatters in the inside front passenger seat area which was fine because it easily came off with cleaner. But honestly just yeah. It. Was. Not. Cleaned. All in all they are a good dealership but my advice is just to definitely go there to inspect and bargain in person. It was my fault as I wasn't on top of things because I was just so excited to get my first car and she was beautiful. As long as you know what you are doing when buying a car I recommend this dealership because of how nice they are. More

Terrible Service Sold the Car Had a Deposit On Called the dealership and talked to Regan a sales person. She did not get back to me so I kept on her, she pushed me off to another sales person Ziya Called the dealership and talked to Regan a sales person. She did not get back to me so I kept on her, she pushed me off to another sales person Ziyaad. Same issue, kept pushing me off. Finally connected and made a deposit this morning, he took my information and my credit card number for a deposit. I offered full asking price. Was notified this evening by my finance company that the car had been sold to another customer. Left many voicemails for managers over the course of 4 days and not one returned my call. Was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, I guess she will be waiting. From start to finish this was the worst service from a dealership I have ever received. Would not recommend anybody give their business to a dealership like this. More

Was referred by a friend who has dealt with vehicle purchases with Ziyaad previously. Ziyaad had quite a few used options for me. He was very patient and helpful in finding the right fit for me.
