Finch Hyundai have had my vehicle since June 12, 2024. My Hyundai Tuscon had catastrophic engine failure, because of poor design. Instead of replacing it, they want you to jump through hoops to get a new My Hyundai Tuscon had catastrophic engine failure, because of poor design. Instead of replacing it, they want you to jump through hoops to get a new engine without cost. They also have refused to offer alternate transportation for a 70 year old woman, who lives in a rural setting. Not repairing my vehicle, risks me losing my small business that feeds me. Would never recommend anyone to a Finch dealership of any kind. DISGRACEFUL! More
