Glanzmann Subaru service department IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The told me several times they would call me back to tell me about the status of my car. They NEVER called me over the last day a CUSTOMER SERVICE. The told me several times they would call me back to tell me about the status of my car. They NEVER called me over the last day and a half. Shame on you GLANZMAN. How hard is it to make a phone call???? DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE MY CAR THERE AGAIN and I recommend that anyone reading this find another dealer to service their car! There are way too many other good choices in the area that provide better service. More

Service is hit and miss with the excuse we are short staffed heard too often. Car is never ready when promised and received no communication from service advisor that my car wasn't going to be ready on staffed heard too often. Service manager could also try and be more pleasant. More
