Wiesia offered to reserve a "loaner" car for me rather than waiting at the dealership. I chose to wait for my car - past experience has taught me that it is much more pleasant to spend time in the Lexus waiting room (enjoying TV, the internet, coffee and snacks) rather than make the drive home and back! Yolana did his usual good job of completing the paperwork, etc. My car was returned to me (nicely washed) in less time than had been estimated. As usual, no hassle! More

On one occasion, I leased a vehicle from another dealership, another brand, and was so disgusted by the service experience at that dealership that I went back to Ken Shaw Lexus. I have stayed a customer and returned for the incredible service that I have and continue to receive. A relationship goes far beyond the purchase/lease experience. It's the service that brings you back, time and again. It's the trust factor as well. I trust them to make it right and they do so by being straight forward and honest with their customers.A dealership is nothing more than the sum of its employees. Without incredible people, who are interested, take pride in their work, are dedicated to serving their customers and being the best they can be, it's just a car lot. Not so for Ken Shaw Lexus.
