Service department, Justin, listened to my concerns about my new SUV that I was experiencing. He actually told me I was correct and finally detected the problem. Will came to work on 2 of his off days to accommodate me. I have purchased at least 10 new cars since 1964 & Will is the only salesperson that I remember giving me his personal phone number. I have been trying to contact his supervisor for a month & I always get voicemail & my calls are never answered. Will was wrongly punished .
