The employees in this dealership are exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable! Those I have dealt with so far are Ricardo, Vincent, Timothy, and Jo. Ricardo (Rick) has assisted me several pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable! Those I have dealt with so far are Ricardo, Vincent, Timothy, and Jo. Ricardo (Rick) has assisted me several times in learning what all the buttons and knobs are for on my new Terrain Denali. I am 80 years old and technically challenged!! Vincent graciously offered to put my new license plates on my car for me. The lady in the service department never gave up until she was successful in getting my phone ( Apple 13 Pro Max) to charge in the charging slot in my new car. So far, I have been very pleased with Big Star GMC!! More
