We purchased a CX-5 Signature. We did not have any high pressure sales tactics during the buying process. Sean had the vehicle ready for review at the time of our appointment. Paperwork and going over veh pressure sales tactics during the buying process. Sean had the vehicle ready for review at the time of our appointment. Paperwork and going over vehicle features took about 90 minutes. I have spent all day at a dealership when purchasing previous vehicles. Thank you all for the best buying experience we have ever had! Great experience! I am very happy with my purchase of a brand new Mazda CX-5! First time buying a Mazda, generally good till the end First time buying a Mazda. Worked with Tyler through all of the process. Tyler was great, active communication, pro activeness, and friendliness. First time buying a Mazda. Worked with Tyler through all of the process. Tyler was great, active communication, pro activeness, and friendliness. Things hit a bit of a bump at the very end of negotiations though with Patrick, the Used Car Manager, who needed to sign off on the deal. We're at the very end of negotiations, just fractions off from a deal. Patrick came over and said "I'm the only one who can sign off on this deal and I need to leave -now- as I'm late for an appointment so do we have a deal or not?" Didn't really like this as it rubbed me the wrong way in how he came over and put his personal needs ahead of mine, the customer. Find it hard to believe that it couldn't have been passed along to one of the other sales managers at the time to complete the deal that wasn't as rushed. Not really a good customer moment as far as I'm concerned and the only blemish on what was an otherwise good car buying experience, but also one that is lingering with me since it happened at the very end. More

Excellent First Car Purchase Experience! I recently went to Mazda of Bedford to purchase my first new car (2018 Mazda CX-5). I worked with Tyler Phelps and he was AWESOME! Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was thorough in describing the car's features and options. Every time I (we, my husband and myself) walk into the dealership, we are treated like old friends. And my new car is the greatest car - I got a Mazda CX-5 and it is the BEST CAR!!!! I LOVE my new car!!!! More

The salesperson - Tyler Phelps - showed us two more but those didn't work out either. As we were leaving, he asked Patrick Sheehan if anything in our price range came in the night before. He showed us a 2007 Chevy Malibu .... SOLD! Since the vehicle had just come in, we couldn't take it home as they needed to inspect it, clean it, and change the oil. Tyler delivered it the next day. More

Great Experience On a short budget and in need of a car fairly quickly, my boyfriend and I visited Mazda of Bedford to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles that the On a short budget and in need of a car fairly quickly, my boyfriend and I visited Mazda of Bedford to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles that they had available. I thought I knew what to expect going in, but our salesman Tyler Phelps went above and beyond my expectations. Tyler was straight to the point, told us what we needed to know without sugarcoating it all the way through to the purchase process. When I was unsure about the vehicle I was looking at, Tyler and Patrick both saw my uncertainty and took it to heart that they would not sell me the vehicle until I was 100% certain that that vehicle was what I wanted. A few days later, Tyler even went out of his way to personally call and check in to see how everything was going and how I was doing. Through the final purchase process, everything was quick and easy. Where most dealerships take about an hour in finance, I had spent no more than 15 minutes with Mike Kendren. Mike was fantastic, polite, and very thorough about all of the finance information, leaving out no details and checking with me before every signature that I knew what I was signing for. These three specifically made me feel like family and treated me with nothing but the utmost respect like a high end customer making an expensive purchase and not just a 20-year-old trying to buy a $4,000 car. Mazda of Bedford exceeded any expectations I could have for a dealership. I am also very happy that I grabbed more than one business card from Tyler and Mike as I am very excited to tell others about my fantastic visit. More

Tyler - What a Pleasant Salesman to Work With Periodically I run into a salesperson that has the personality that is low pressure, pleasant and understanding. Well today, my wife and I experienced Periodically I run into a salesperson that has the personality that is low pressure, pleasant and understanding. Well today, my wife and I experienced that in Tyler Phelps. We came to look at a very slightly used CX-5. I loved the car, but my wife didn't like the interior color. Tyler didn't push us, but we decided to work with him to see if we could get it at a price that my wife could live with the color. Tyler was great the entire negotiation period. Sad to say, we just couldn't get the Patrick, the used car manager, to meet our price. This happens, because everyone has a bottom line and that is fine. But I can tell you this, we would not hesitate to go back and work with Tyler for our next car. More
