wish I could make it zero stars. I travelled 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and upon getting there they tried to sell me a vehicle with damaged lifters. I do have a video anyone can tell I travelled 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and upon getting there they tried to sell me a vehicle with damaged lifters. I do have a video anyone can tell it doesn't sound right. unfortunately I can't post it here, they tried several times to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle even though the salesman himself told me the last 3 buyers before me pointed out the same issues and refused to purchase the vehicle as well. I Truly hope this post sends any potential buyers else where and prevents anyone from being ripped off by this criminal organization. Even got a follow up email from Troy Sorge in which I explained the situation and sent the video, though like my questions remained unanswered. More

I tried to buy a car from this dealership. Was interested in cash payment, no extra features on the car, base model. As well, they tried to sell me a car off the lot that had "extras" (meaning some undercoating and films, and peace of mind packages) that I did not want. The Sales rep (Mitchell Wheaton) was understanding when I said I just wanted a base model. When I asked how much a basic car costs, cash, the sales manager came over and asked for $12,000 (yes, I did ask if it's not $1,200) over MSRP. I walked away. Bought the same car from a different dealership the same day at MSRP. More

I just purchases a new Cadillac XT4 and had the best experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life! The shop itself is beautiful, clean, and modern but the best thing was the staff that work t experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life! The shop itself is beautiful, clean, and modern but the best thing was the staff that work there were genuine and not into high-pressure sales. It was a really hot day, like 33 degrees, and the manager, who obviously cared about the comfort of their staff and customers, purchased ice cream for everyone - how cool is that! The best part of my purchase was the incredible price I got and how friendly and transparent the Finance Manager was with me. I got an incredible rate and they didn't push me to purchase all those "extra's" that I didn't need. I actually went in with the notion to purchase a different vehicle and my charming son and best salesman ever, Corey, listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to the XT4 and I immediately fell in love with it. Wow - what a great ride and it comes with so many safety features I never knew existed! He took the time to come with me to experience driving it around the city and then spent oodles of time making sure that I was comfortable operating all the features it had. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to head to Don Wheaton and have a great experience like I just did! More

If you are trading a vehicle at this dealership be Initially I thought I was dealing with an honest and upfront dealership, I was gravelly mistaken. If you are trading a vehicle at this dealership be very very careful as they offer you a value for your vehicle, then add less GST. In other words they are offering you 5% lower than what they are telling you. This tactic is misleading and best, but I my eyes it is being dishonest, essentially stealing that 5% from you. So make sure you are very careful reviewing the numbers. I wasn't careful enough and it has cost me over a thousand dollars and I am only one customer. As of this writing I emailed the salesman, finance manager and the new car sales manager. Only the new car sales manager replied by email to tell me to call him today. I left a voice mail message with the receptionist and have not heard back from him. Be very careful if you decide to deal with Don Wheaton Chevrolet More
