Other than the purchase of the vehicle, I have not yet had a good experience at Freeman Toyota, to the extent, that when I am done with the services that have already been paid for, I will not visit this had a good experience at Freeman Toyota, to the extent, that when I am done with the services that have already been paid for, I will not visit this dealership again. Service takes entirely too long and they do not value the customer's time. I recently paid for a new set of tires to be installed at a later date. They did not make it to the facility at the promised time and when they did arrive, I had to wait more than an hour for them to simply pull the tires and place them into the bed of my truck. It should hardly take that long to actually installed them. This service department sucks!!! 2nd incident within 1 month... More

I've had my highlander serviced at this dealership since I purchased in 2019. I'm currently at 80k miles. I've done ALL dealer recommended maintenance as well. However, on my recent visit, I had my serpe I purchased in 2019. I'm currently at 80k miles. I've done ALL dealer recommended maintenance as well. However, on my recent visit, I had my serpentine belt replaced which was last item on my recommendation prior to this 80k service. I was very proud of myself until I received an email from Freeman stating I need a service done on my vehicle. I was confused so I responded to text only to find out that DURING THE REPLACEMENT OF MY SERPENTINE BELT, my technician found evidence that my timing cover is leaking oil and it will cost me $5,745.31 (yes it was on my receipt that I did NOT look at because I thought ALL was good with servicing my vehicle until 85k. BUT nor was it discussed with me prior to my leaving the service dept. Trae was busy with other customers, not sure of guy who checked me out, but something recommended in this amount, I fell SOMEONE should've discuss this with me on the spot ) ........so you mean to tell me that ALLLLLLLLLLL of the other times my car was serviced, NO ONE SAW THIS ???? Especially prior to end of 60k manufacture warranty that would have covered this ....I call this Bull . . . . . I have lost all confidence in having my car serviced at this dealership. More

Employees on the phone came across as annoyed and were not helpful when making my appointment. Trey did a great job in providing service assistance and guidance.
