This is the very first time that I have ever left a review for anything. My wife and I purchased a new C8 Corvette Z51 convertible while on vacation driving around B.C., Alberta and Alaska note several review for anything. My wife and I purchased a new C8 Corvette Z51 convertible while on vacation driving around B.C., Alberta and Alaska note several months ago. We came across several dealerships in our travels which were all very good. What made us satisfied with the purchase of the car from the Kelowna location was based on several factors. Price as you may have guessed. FYI. We felt we did not get a screaming deal that was a once in a life time opportunity. But a price that was better than the next. In the price was swapping out some wheels that my wife liked and there were some extras that I am sure no other purchaser had ever requested from them in the past included. On our travels I could not make it on my own to see the car and pick it up so they sent a super nice lady named Joy to get me in Merritt (3-hour drive round trip for her). At this time, I have not purchased the car. After getting there and inspecting the car I noticed that only 3 of the extras that I wanted were in the car as I requested. I did not make any comments and the sales person reassured me that they would ship the other items to me at a later date. Which they did ship them down to our location in the lower mainland. Plus, while picking up the car I had several technical question about the car for track purpose that the service manager nailed them for me. About 7 weeks later my wife saw a letter on the back of the car broken that I had missed when picking up the car. They took care of that as well sending me a letter package with the word “Corvette” and said they would arrange the local dealer at our location to install it. But it was a simple fix so I took care of it myself. I hate lawyers, dealerships and car sale people. But these guys from the start with an e-mail from my phone driving along in Alberta to replacing the letter on the car weeks later are not bull xxxxters and they do what they say. So if you want to get a car buy it from them without getting a stick rammed up your you know where. Best Regards Kim More

If there was an Olympic sport for car shopping, I'd be the gold medalist in saying 'no' to everything. Chris Gagel, the ridiculously good-looking salesman who somehow managed to convince me, the world's pickiest buyer—to drive off the lot with a smile and a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox. Only took turning his ideas down for a week. I walked in with a list of demands longer than a Walmart receipt, and an attitude that screamed “I don’t want to be here.” Chris met each one of my rejections with a grin that could melt a snowman in July and an unwavering determination to find the perfect car… or truck… or whatever I was feeling in that moment. After rejecting what felt like the entire inventory, and some creative suggestions that Chris thought were the best ideas ever, he FINALLY had an idea he thought would knock my socks off. I thought his grand idea was a rude joke to try get me out of there. I may as well have just become an employee at that point. I can’t believe I was out-charmed by a salesman…Thanks, Chris! And very honourable mention to Trevor Neely for his efforts as well! More

Sorry, I have never left a bad review on anything in my life, I am a firm believer that things do not always go as planned and give the benefit of the doubt and second chances, but in this case, there is n life, I am a firm believer that things do not always go as planned and give the benefit of the doubt and second chances, but in this case, there is no star less than 1 unfortunately. 5 stars on effort to sell the car, very helpful, even brought the car an hour away for me to test drive. Kudos. Signed papers, then everything fell apart. Had some repairs that were in the works before I test drove, some repairs and upgrades worked into the final deal. A couple mechanical, a detailing and some window tint were supposed to be addressed. Swapped out the car for a loaner, they had the car for 3 days to get the work done..I drove an hour to return the loaner and pickup my car when they said it was ready. Was handed my key in service, no paperwork showing work done. Went to my car, nothing of the obvious items were done, car was as dirty as it was when I test drove it, the HUD module that was supposed to be replaced still didn’t work, can’t speak about the mechanical, no paperwork to show what was done..there were several other small issues, but worst of all the window tint was completely wrong. Immediately told my salesperson, who came and looked, he went to find manager..they both apologized and said it would be taken care of. Service dept was to call next morning. 5 days, no call. I got fed up and just made a deal for cash payout on repairs and live with it. Made an agreement, was told cheque would be couriered next day. Almost 2 weeks of chasing them, getting the run around and the pass-the-buck, was told the cheque was couriered a few days before. After 3 weeks plus, cheque came by regular mail. When I spoke to my salesperson about how displeased I was about the whole process, he got the sales Manager Trevor involved. After a lot of back and forth to try and find a middle ground to satisfy all my inconvenience, Trevor, without even offering so much as a car wash told me they would cancel the cheque, to return the car and we would cancel the deal. Threw a bunch of we did this, and that..but yes, they did the tint..screwed it up, they reimbursed me for the detail I had to pay for out of pocket first. Horrible service department, WORSE treatment if something goes horribly wrong. Probably a dozen dealership experiences or more in my life, buying new cars and used..hands down worst experience ever. Also believe the other reviews, don’t believe the “we don’t seem to have you in our system line”, I will be waiting for that brush off.. More

Amazing front to back. I service all my vehicles here and I have started to support their sales department and so far so good :) They gave me crazy value on my trade! $4 I service all my vehicles here and I have started to support their sales department and so far so good :) They gave me crazy value on my trade! $4000 above anyone else in town. Got a free gift even though I bought a used truck (usually gifts only come with new vehicle promos and such) Had a slight issue with the truck after purchase and the dealership stood behind it and took care of the issue without questions. 10/10 recommend. More
