Horrible service long wait time, I went there for oil change a the service guy bring up all the issues that needed to fix on my vehicle. Telling me my vehicle is out of line. I declined that because my v change a the service guy bring up all the issues that needed to fix on my vehicle. Telling me my vehicle is out of line. I declined that because my vehicle is a brand new vehicle hardly driven only when I go on family trips. I have two other vehicles for daily use. He never put my vehicle on the wheel balancing system to determine if it out of line. After one hour on the waiting room he call me and said my air filter and cabin filter needs to change I told him I am here only for the oil change. He was ok I relay it. After 4 hours waiting I went an ask how long more do I have to wait. He was sitting in his office with the paperwork’s on his desk. When I received my vehicle my gloves compartment was hanging on one side other end was loose. Why when I had complementary service they did not request for these things to change or fix why on when my complementary service end? Totally see they trying to rip people off on spending money money on this that does not need to change. When I got home I look at the air filter they both are in good condition. Like I said I hardly use this car. I have two other vehicles for daily use. Total rip off poor service More

hello, I complained about noise and hum during 40-50 miles of grayness, but after warranty repairs the hum did not go away, the hum is still coming from under the car, I tried to explain to the employee miles of grayness, but after warranty repairs the hum did not go away, the hum is still coming from under the car, I tried to explain to the employee that it could be a wheel bearing, but unfortunately my appeal remained without attention More

Travis was great and the car repairs were fine. The problem was payment. I called in advance and was told that my check could be used as cash but it was rejected. The system would not accept it and the override would take 24 hours. This was impossible. Fortunately, Travis and Andy came up with a work around. More

I was given a hard time to get a loaner vehicle for my car to be painted because it was peeling due to no fault of mine (under the Customer Support Program). Plus they made me drive many miles there afte car to be painted because it was peeling due to no fault of mine (under the Customer Support Program). Plus they made me drive many miles there after it was finally approved, telling me they don’t give out loaners for such jobs, turned me away, only to call me back after realizing their mistake, and I had to do the long drive from Manhattan all the way there again burning gas, paying tolls, running up the mileage on my vehicle, and got me into trouble for having to leave work, after arriving late from them. More
