New ram truck Today went shopping for a new Ram truck at Capital Dodge for my son we were looking for a quote on a Ram Express so we could shop around. Unfortunately the dealer told us we could NOT get a price in writing unless we bought the truck today. Can someone tell me how does this make sense? So basically they don't want you shopping around? Capital Dodge supposedly the biggest car dealer in sales in Eastern Ontario as per the sales rep!! If you are the biggest dealer in sales and the best price in Eastern Ontario WHY are you so concern if a customer shops your price around ?? Because it's obvious you don't have the best price in town. We encountered the same policy at the one on Bank street last yea (same owner)r. My wife needed a car and got terrible service, So we went to a Toyota dealer and bought a Rav 4. They disclosed the entire cost up front with us and told us feel free to shop around. They didn't waste our time like today. So to everyone looking to buy a Dodge avoid these dealers if you thinking of getting a quote on any vehicles you will be wasting your precious time. Anyway we will continue to shop for a new truck somewhere else. Cheers! Ozzy More

It was very easy to have a conversation with Shannon, she is extremely friendly. She explained everything, and gave us her person number to text, always making sure we were kept in the loop. We could not have asked for a better sale representative, I will say again how please I was with this experience. My partner and I wanted something to travel with, the vehicle we picked is amazing, the ride is smooth as well has all the bells and whistles we were asking for. This is the second time I have bought a car from a lot, but the first time to leave feeling not cheated or nervous. I felt calm and happy leaving with a vehicle I knew would last me adding it's perfect for what I need and would not be possible without Shannon. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car, or even a new driver looking, to go see Shannon, her attitude can not be compaired, she was so nice and knowledgeable. Even days after we bought the car, she is still texting to check up on us and the vehicle every now and then. Makes me feel like she cares. I would like to add that everyone who helped us that day was amazing and friendly. Out of all the car lots we went to, Capital Dogde is by far the most friendly and real. More

Shady hidden fees The salesmen were great at capital dodge, not the most friendly but did their job. Not much wiggle room on price, but they had the car that I wanted s The salesmen were great at capital dodge, not the most friendly but did their job. Not much wiggle room on price, but they had the car that I wanted so I bought it. When I got to the finance part of the car I was hit with a bunch of hidden fees... now I’m not naive, I understand admin/registration etc. They charged me to fill up the car, they tried to sell me a $6k insurance policy (without my permission), undercoat fee, tire insurance and the list actually goes on. It wasn’t until I threatened to walk out that he would take off the fees that were “optional”. It was over 13k in hidden costs. He didn’t try and inform me of the costs at all, he simply said sign at the bottom for your new car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They will try to hustle you as soon as they have you locked in. More
