When a 2019 SLC 300 showed up on the MB London website, my wife and I went to have a look. Tony was on duty...ready to engage us. Easily gave me the keys for a test drive. When we came back, Tony was very good at answering all our questions (and we always have questions...and not straight forward ones either). My wife decided that we would purchase it and the negotiation of when to get it who would drive it kept Tony on his toes. Since it was winter, we required a winter tire package. Devin was great at finding me something that wasn't too expensive, this is Mercedes we are dealing with. After some unfortunate shipping situations, which Devin dealt with in a timely manner, the winter rims and tires arrived. Jen was very thoughtful and helpful when it came to dealing with financing and other options. We had a good chat. At the time of delivery, Tony took extra time to walk me through all the bells and whistles associated with Mercedes vehicles. He then followed up with an email which gave an overview and some very helpful videos. The team at MB London were very kind, considerate and patient with me. Wow...great experience. More
