This is my 3rd purchase with Mercedes Benz London and each experience just seems to get better. I had decided to trade in my BMW and try the GLC. He went through some options and within 90 minutes I was at the dealership ready for a test drive. Tony was very professional and informative throughout the process. Rob Stockie a partner at the dealership was also excellent to work with and is a very genuine, caring individual. In fact when I was heading out for my test drive, Rob was cleaning the snow off cars in the lot! Greg in the business office was not pushy at all with the available after the sale options which I very much appreciated.
