We felt comfortable from the beginning with him and we are fans for life. He was willing to walk us through different models and the endless questions we had for him with quick responses and was always willing to take a phone call from us even after office hours. His persistence on making sure we had the right vehicle has made this car buying experience like none other. Walked us through all the features on delivery and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and how to use everything. Has even answered a few questions after the delivery as well. 5 stars? 10 is more like it! Hats off to the team at Mercedes-Benz London. Fantastic team, and great job. Very enjoyable experience I recently purchased my second ML350 Bluetec from Mercedes-Benz London. I spent considerable time researching all sources for the exact SUV I wanted, I recently purchased my second ML350 Bluetec from Mercedes-Benz London. I spent considerable time researching all sources for the exact SUV I wanted, even in Toronto. What kept me coming back to MB London was two things. Tony's approachable and friendly style as he entertained my long list of questions. And the fact that I'd already experienced great service from Mike in the Service area when repairing my first ML. But in the end it was this particular ML350 itself that convinced me. I could tell it had been meticulously cared for and because the vehicle was so well maintained I knew it was the best and right one for me. The fact that it had been sold and maintained by MB London had value because they knew the vehicle and were selling it Star Certified. When it came time to put a deal together, Tony was again helpful and we signed off quickly. Then I met Katrina and we signed off the papers including very good rates from MB Finance Canada. Better than any bank. So I am a very happy customer and we love driving our new ML. Very happy with this whole experience. MB London is a class act! More
