Because of the used car market, I was looking at possible upgrades. My 2018 Mercedes GLC300 was in high demand, so I looked at what stock was available from local dealers. Mercedes London had a 2021 AMG GLC43 in stock with all of the appointments that I wanted if I was going to trade. When I contacted the dealership, I was connected with Tony Yang, who happens to be an AMG expert. The process couldn't have been smoother. He showed me the vehicle, walked me through all of the differences between my older SUV and the new AMG GLC43 and the improvements in technology. He was familiar with every detail. Next, we worked out the financial details. As it happened, between the hot used car market and some Mercedes incentives, Tony was able to create a deal that I couldn't afford to pass up. He made the process so easy and the financial options clear and attractive. I'm the proud owner of a new AMG GLC43 and I have no regrets. Thank you Tony!! More

I was looking for a recent model used car. MB London had two vehicles to the specification I had decided on. The combination of options I wanted was hard to find in a used vehicle so it was good to end up two vehicles to the specification I had decided on. The combination of options I wanted was hard to find in a used vehicle so it was good to end up with a choice. I contacted MB London online and my message was promptly returned by Tony Yang who confirmed the specifications, accurately describing the vehicles. Still working by phone and message Tony confirmed prices and offered to get me a firm price for the vehicle I wanted to trade using a phone app. Once I had a firm offer based on the information I provided in the App for my car we negotiated an acceptable price for my preferred choice of the two candidates and completed the whole deal online including how the new vehicle would be paid for. That was a bonus as this was happening during the COVID lockdown and MB London was some hours from my home. All I had to do was drive to London in my old car where my new one was waiting for me exactly as described. Tony was organized, professional and ready. Once I had checked everything out I was able to leave and get acquainted with the new car on the drive home. I should say that I did know exactly what I wanted and had done all my research before contacting MB London. I was however impressed that Tony respected that I knew what I wanted and made it simple for me to buy it while asking useful questions. He has since checked more that once to see if I am happy which I certainly am, hence 5 stars More
