Tony S is a wonderful representative for BMW service. HE explains everything asked in detail so I understand. He is very professional, knowledgeable and so nice to work with. His customer service says a lot about Zeigler BMW in Orland Park. I also find the young lady at payment center as she was coutrteous adn professional too.
