Just picked up my new Porsche Taycan last night at Walters Porsche Riverside, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, I was treated with Walters Porsche Riverside, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. Tony Nguyen, who was busy at the time, still made it a point to greet me and assured me he’d be with me as soon as possible—which he absolutely did. He stayed in constant communication, making sure I knew about a recent lease special that was perfect for me. But Tony didn’t stop there. Knowing my out-of-pocket budget, he worked tirelessly to come up with a deal that I was thrilled with. By the time he presented the final numbers, I didn’t even need to negotiate—I was ready to sign on the spot. Tony treated my wife and me like VIP clients all the way through, even when we came to pick up the car. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Finance Manager Andy Bartoli. Andy was incredibly approachable and continued the VIP treatment, making the finance process smooth and enjoyable. We hit it off instantly and ended up chatting about life more than just paperwork—definitely a different experience from the usual finance office routine! Andy made me feel like a person, not just another customer, which I really appreciated. Finally, we met Alexis Trujillo, the product representative, who took us through a detailed tutorial of the Taycan's features. With so many new tech elements in the car, Alexis was patient, thorough, and super helpful with my questions, even going over things multiple times to make sure I felt confident before driving off. His guidance made me feel comfortable navigating all the features. Overall, my experience at Walters Porsche Riverside was outstanding, thanks to Tony, Andy, and Alexis. They all made me feel like a valued customer, and their attention to detail and commitment to great service made me a happy Porsche Taycan owner. This is follow up to my previous reviews of my experience at Porsche Of Riverside. First let me start out by saying this is a 5 Star Porsche Dealership hands down. I want to acknowledge two salespeople and one finance manager. Let me start out by telling you that Tony Nguyen has been my go to sales guy at Porsche of Riverside. I have previously purchased two Porsche vehicles from Riverside and Tony has been on point with his service and attention to detail every time. He has gone above and beyond while representing this amazing place with class. I recently went in looking to possibly purchase a third Porsche vehicle. Unfortunately Tony was off that day, but never fear, Evan Olson was ready to assist me. Let me tell you, Evan was excellent, he provided my sons and I with a great shopping experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and was very attentive to what we were looking for. Evan, I also want to thank you for the great video you took of my boys and me driving that amazing car, we appreciate it. After deciding on our vehicle , we met with the best finance manager ever, Nora Reynoso. Nora is great, very funny and has an amazing fun vibe. She help me close the deal with the options I wanted. In closing Porsche Of Riverside has put together a great team, needless to say I will be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade. Shout out to Kevin Gonzalez and William Barbaro from Service Department, also can't forget Eric Lafever the Sales Manager, they are always willing to work with us and always treat my family and I with respect. I live in West L. A. and needed to get a handshake deal accomplished via text and telephone, necessary before I was going to drive to Riverside. Tony was very responsive and no xx. He provided confidence, something I could depend on. Within 3 - 4 hours we had a deal and I trekked to Riverside. Everything was as represented. The 2022 Cayenne Hybrid I purchased is spectacular and looks like new. Nora Reynoso, Finance Manager, was quite pleasant in our dealings as she explained the extras clearly. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend this dealership. More
