Great to deal with We bought a Dodge truck from Shawn at Northgate. He was very helpful and courteous to deal with. We live in Calgary and when we got the truck home the We bought a Dodge truck from Shawn at Northgate. He was very helpful and courteous to deal with. We live in Calgary and when we got the truck home there was a wicked thunderstorm and we discovered that the headliner in the truck was wet. We contacted Shawn and he he told us to take it to a Dodge dealership and whatever the problem was, Northgate would pay to have it repaired. As it turns out the brakelight above the rear window in the truck had a leak so they put in a new one and shampooed out any stains, it was as good as new. We sent the bill to Shawn and they reimbursed the full amount. I would highly recommend Northgate. Tom was also great to deal with. More
