Don’t waste your time shopping at Dalmar Motors, LTD. I spent hours researching the logistics of purchasing a car from this dealership only to receive an e-mail that they are refusing to sell to us just I spent hours researching the logistics of purchasing a car from this dealership only to receive an e-mail that they are refusing to sell to us just because we are US Citizens. They gave many different excuses first stating that they are worried about liability and a possible lawsuit from selling the vehicle to us. I mentioned to them that this is a used vehicle that is sold “As Is” and it is on us to be sure that it is acceptable before driving it off the lot. When this claim did not hold water they made up another excuse claiming that Volkswagen Canada and Ontario Province do not allow the sale of the vehicle to us. I made phone calls to both agencies and they told me that there are no such regulations which will prevent Dalmar from selling the vehicle to us. Finally, they made up one last final excuse that they only want to sell the vehicle to someone who is local. Is this what is required of all of buyers? Make sure you live close to the dealership, otherwise they will refuse to sell to you. I don’t see any evidence that they are concerned about or care for their customers. I would definitely look for a vehicle elsewhere. They will only waste your time, money and your patience. More

I have been leasing my vehicles from this dealership for approximately 17 years, and have nothing but excellence to describe the way in which they conduct their business. After many interactions with Mike approximately 17 years, and have nothing but excellence to describe the way in which they conduct their business. After many interactions with Mike East, I had the most recent pleasure of dealing with Tom Martin to renew my lease, this time, on a VW Taos. I have driven a Golf for many years, and so this upgrade was quite hard on my nerves. However, the way in which Tom walked me through the whole process of the lease, the vehicle itself, and the demonstration, the test drive and the detailed explanation of all the changes, made me feel a lot more comfortable. To have the car delivered to my home, was certainly much appreciated, especially in this awful weather and the state of our local roads! As well, to be able to sign the myriad of papers in the comfort of my own home! With my handbook, and your phone numbers at my side, I feel very confident with my new SUV. I also feel very proud to be sitting up high with the warm steering wheel feeling very comfortable! Thank you, Tom for all your help, professionalism and efficiency. My meetings with Mike East and Andrew were also helpful and reassuring. Thank you to all whom I know at Dalmar. More
