A manager, Tom, stopped by to explain financing options, and he was pleasant and able to explain the math to me so I completely understood (compound interest loans are not my area of expertise). Our final step with Dale in financing was smooth and easy — another staff member who was personable and able to answer any questions we had. Our experience with the team at Fowler Kia of Windsor was the best we’ve ever had at a dealership! Chris met us as we were walking up to the door. Our normal reaction would be “ok, here we go,” but Chris was the best we’ve ever had at a dealership! Chris met us as we were walking up to the door. During my test drive of a 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid, I felt like I was talking with an old friend. Tom, the used car sales manager, came in the next day (on his day off) to accommodate our schedule, which was above and beyond! He gave us a great price on our trade-in, and a discount to boot! Nik in Finance was also very personable as well as professional. We were thoroughly impressed with the care and service we received from these three gentlemen!
