This is my third purchase and by now you would be wondering why I would not look anywhere else. Anytime and every time I visit the dealership even for an oil change or service, I am treated like the only customer they have and it is even a better experience when I go in to say hello to the people who made my purchase the best experience ever! I mean Ayman Makawy and Tinu the man who makes the financing possible. These gentlemen are very respectful of the fact that your time is valuable and like I have said in previous reviews that they will give you all the information you need to help you make up your mind(hassle free and no pressure). Ayman is a great salesman and I believe the way he treats his customers is the same way he would want to be treated and anytime I need to purchase a vehicle, there is only one place in my mind! Overcoming my fear I have to admit. Though I run my own business and I have traveled to a few countries, for many years I’ve had a great fear of buying a car. My fea I have to admit. Though I run my own business and I have traveled to a few countries, for many years I’ve had a great fear of buying a car. My fear was part of the reason why I drove a car that was almost 2 decades old. When the repair bills became almost the same as a monthly payment on one of those nice cars everyone else was driving, I finally gave in and decided to confront my fears. I did my online research just like the internet advisors and bloggers said I should. I practiced being assertive in the mirror, I prepared myself by saying “NO!” more than 40 times and I learned how to reply to the lines that would come during the sales pitch I was guaranteed to get on the lot. When I arrived at Ontario Chrysler and met Rodger Foderingham, I was greeted in a cheerful manner, and asked if he could assist me in finding a car. He promised to give me some numbers to go home and thing about, and that was it. No lines, no pressure, and he helped me find a nice, used 2013 Chrysler 200 to replace old Betsy. The process was so relaxed I said “yes” after reviewing the numbers and I picked up my car the next day. I highly recommend Rodger, John and Tinu if you are looking for a new or used car. Thank you. Upon entering the dealership parking lot and upon exiting my own vehicle I was immediately approached by a very friendly salesperson. Throughout the entire process he was very pleasant, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Eventually, after some negotation, I was introduced to the assistant manager (Joe) who provided further information about the vehicle and other aspects of the purchase. This was all very helpful in determining the outcome of our decision. After purchasing the vehicle the salesman gave me a tour of the facilities.
