Great overall experience I live in Ottawa and I was buying a Subaru from them that I really liked. But I wasn’t able to see it in person until I booked my ticket to Mississaug I live in Ottawa and I was buying a Subaru from them that I really liked. But I wasn’t able to see it in person until I booked my ticket to Mississauga to pick up the car. My sales man Charlie was very nice and communicated with me often through the phone making sure I had everything prepared when I arrived in Mississauga and I can drive home with the car without any issues. Everyone at the dealership was also very nice to me. I also got free summer tires with my car, which was a really nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. More

Room for Improvement My purchase was made via an online contact with Anwar Jivani who was excellent from start to finish, however, the rest of the experience left room for My purchase was made via an online contact with Anwar Jivani who was excellent from start to finish, however, the rest of the experience left room for improvement. My negotiation with the Sales Manager was through email and phone, whereby he assured me the car was “brand spankin’ new with no miles on the odometer”. I found out later while completing the bill of sale over the phone, that the car in fact had 658km on it. I wasn’t happy! He claimed he didn’t know that the car had miles on it when he made me that promise. Should have done his DD. He ended up giving me gas cards to appease me. We flew in to Toronto from Northern Ontario and Anwar (AJ) our salesman paid for our Uber ride from the airport downtown to his dealership. Nice touch. We arrived early by about 25 minutes, before AJ started his day, which was fine. Our entrance greeting to the dealership was not too welcoming at all. The receptionist was not friendly, was probably not told to expect us, and didn’t offer us coffee or water or point us in the direction of the lounge while we waited for AJ. When AJ arrived he was gave us outstanding service. He was warm and friendly and we felt he was genuine and honest. While we waited for the car to be cleaned, he took very good care of us. When the car was brought out for inspection I walked around and made note to AJ of a few deficiencies...missing tire valve cap, scuffs and dried bug guts on the bumper and inside the detailing was not done well. Dirt scuffs on the wheel wells in the cargo area and dirt all inside the door jams. Chrome wheels were very dirty looking as well. AJ promptly whisked the car back inside the shop and had all the mentioned items taken care of. He was extremely apologetic. (Not his fault). Overall, the dealer experience wasn’t horrible but definitely leaves room for improvement. More
