Best experience I could have hoped for! I started my search for a new truck in January and closed the deal in March. Throughout the process, Frazer was attentive to details, answering questi I started my search for a new truck in January and closed the deal in March. Throughout the process, Frazer was attentive to details, answering questions and genuinely interested in me finding the right vehicle for me. He followed up often to keep current on my progress but was never annoying or high pressured. I am glad I worked with him on the deal as I am thrilled with the purchase. The guys in finance (Tim and Zach) are awesome. The process was easy and well informed, given that fact I was working remotely at the time. They keep what to do and kept me up to date on the process. I know this is my first purchase here, but will not be the last. Cannot wait to come back for the next vehicle!! More

Excellent ZL1 Purchase with Corvette Batt I wanted to write this review based on my experience with Sherwood Buick GMC and my salesmen Corvette Batt. I responded to an online ad on Autotrader. I wanted to write this review based on my experience with Sherwood Buick GMC and my salesmen Corvette Batt. I responded to an online ad on Autotrader.ca and was almost immediately replied too by Corvette. I had some questions regarding a 2015 Chevrolet ZL1 Convertible and I was planning to trade my BMW in. He was able help me out and answered all my questions very quickly. We started texting back and forth and discussed numbers. We were able to get some help getting the deal done from Brad Stewart. Robyn Reinitz from the finance department was excellent and got back to me very quickly I purchased this car sight unseen based on their word and the feeling I as getting from these guys.I live in Calgary and this car was in Sherwood Park. I have no regrets what so ever. Car is mint and there were no surprises at all. I had some questions about some add ons and I was contacted by their parts guy Derek Donnelly who answered all of my questions and gave his advice on what to purchase. When I picked up my car everything was installed and again there were no surprises. Corvette was excellent to deal with the entire time and all of the staff I dealt with were excellent and the experience was exactly how you want to feel buying a new vehicle. My past 5 vehicles have all been with BMW and Lexus and I have come to expect superior service when purchasing and maintaining a car. These guys get five stars from me and I would recommend them to anyone! But You will have to go see Corvette at Sherwood Park Chevrolet now! Overall excellent experience and an excellent car! More

Great experience. My husband and I seen an ad on the internet for a vehicle I was interested in so we popped in just to look at it. Eric came over just to see if we had My husband and I seen an ad on the internet for a vehicle I was interested in so we popped in just to look at it. Eric came over just to see if we had any questions - which we did. We found Eric to be friendly, helpful, funny and NOT pushy. 3 days later we purchased the vehicle. We both appreciated the no pressure, "I'm here to help" attitude that Eric provided. We also appreciated Eric and Tim's honesty and humor. We were really pleased with the service. We would definitely return to this dealership and Eric to buy another vehicle. More
