All I can say is this dealership has excellent customer service. I purchased a brand new vehicle that wasn't available in the color I wanted, so they reached out to a few neighboring Hondas. They were able service. I purchased a brand new vehicle that wasn't available in the color I wanted, so they reached out to a few neighboring Hondas. They were able to locate one and within that day I left with my car! My sales person Anthony Quinones was great. He got me the best deal. However, he relocated a few days after the sale and that was an issue because my brand new car's AC didn't work. The following day at the service center, I went in and told them the issue. Thomas Gernhart, the assistant service manager, was very helpful during that whole process. They were able to see what the issue was, the compressor was faulty from the factory. They ordered the part. Unfortunately, that part took about a week to arrive. During that week Brandon Honda showed me their side of their great customer service I read on their reviews prior to purchasing my car there. Multiple staff members contacted me to see how I was doing and how they were able to make things right for trouble of waiting. Since I no longer had a sales person to contact, Christopher Weiss, internet sales manager, really took over with the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and accommodated me for the trouble. This issue wasn't the dealer's fault it was just an unfortunate factory error. Brandon Honda corrected the issue and accommodated me for the time I had to wait. Now, I'm happy with my brand new car! No issues, AC working. More

This was a total team effort. Jarred Lucas listened to what we wanted in van for our family. He and his manager Eddie Juica assisted in helping us get the maximum trade in value f Jarred Lucas listened to what we wanted in van for our family. He and his manager Eddie Juica assisted in helping us get the maximum trade in value for our trade and also a fantastic deal on our new 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport. Once we got it home we noticed a couple of minor issues. Eddie put me in touch with Tom Gerhardt in the service department. He quickly had our issues resolved and provided us a complimentary SUV while the work was being done. We were very happy with the results and appreciate all your effort! This is our second Honda purchased from Brandon Honda and glad we made the drive from Sarasota, FL. They were worth the drive. The staff is very friendly, and showed they wanted our business. More
