Teddy was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The entire process was easy and comfortable which is a rarity when buying a car. I was also impressed with the support and response from Steve and The entire process was easy and comfortable which is a rarity when buying a car. I was also impressed with the support and response from Steve and Don. They were so helpful and accommodating. I genuinely felt as if everyone's goal was for me to leave happy - which I did!!! I passed a handful of other Kia dealerships in route to Halleen from Streetsboro.. there's a reason for that! Do yourself a favor and don't waste time (and likely a lot of money) elsewhere. Just head to Halleen. More

I wanted to share my experience at Halleen Kia in North Olmsted. I rarely write reviews these days because the service you receive is usually mediocre. I worked with Teddy and Josh and the sales and finance process from beginning to end was exceptional! Not only were we treated extremely well, there was none of the typical car sales shenanigans. Teddy and Josh were extremely professional and ethical during the entire process which was refreshing.
