Jonathan, You failed to mention the fact that we paid for ALL of the repairs. I am not sure why you have decided to make it your mission to attempt to publicly shame us for making a mistake that we went out of our way to fix. We made a mistake and we owned it; I personally owned it. You sat in my office, I apologized and told you that I would cover all of the costs for the repairs; because it was the right thing to do. Yes, our Kia technician missed a few things on the Ram 3500 Diesel you purchased from us. Yes, in hindsight we should have sent the truck to a Ram dealership for reconditioning as we don't sell very many big trucks. Making mistakes is a fact of life but making them right is what counts. The thing is, we paid the shop of your choosing to fix ALL the items that needed to be repaired. to the tune of $6,000. I'm not sure how that is not "making it right"? The fact that you are now bringing this all up again publicly is beyond my comprehension; particularly as a local business owner yourself. The items that you are now asking us to fix, 6-months later, are maintenance items. If they were a problem 6-months ago then your technician (at SuperTech Diesel) would have noted them on the estimate and I would have gladly covered the cost, as I did all the other items at the time. Nothing was noted. The fact that you are now sending us emails threatening to slander us on every available platform is, in my opinion, a direct reflection of your character, particularly when your comments are full of lies and exaggerations. I can sleep at night knowing I did the right thing to fix a mistake that we made and would do the same if it ever happens again. Had you read and comprehended what I originally wrote, you would see that I mentioned you paid for some of the repairs, however, the amount that I have had to pay out of pocket for the remainder of the work that the truck needed BEFORE IT WAS SOLD and the fact that your response is so completely out of line shows YOUR CHARACTER. In the future, perhaps read a little more closely before you respond. There is nothing you can say to make yourself look good anymore. Worst experience ever.

While I know you are in the business of making money Dave, I’d like to make a personal suggestion for you to let your staff know (Specifically, the ones I rated) to be less pushy about getting a customer to consent to a sale (Likely to increase their own sales record) and more about making them actually happy with their purchase. By not allowing them to weigh their options with ALL the information provided beforehand, there is bound to be a lot of resentment and customer dissatisfaction. I’ve read every other review on here (As well as Google) and there seems to be quite a bit of other people who have had almost identical experiences— and while there are many other customers who have also listed satisfied reviews.. I believe certain employee outlooks are beginning to slowly give your company a bad reputation. It might be worth taking a look internally soon, because it’s bound to come up on it’s own eventually. Unfortunately, I will not be able to retract my review until then. Have a great day.
