disappointed in SAL warranty coverage that was purchased at the time of vehicle will not cover transmission work that needs to be done. No support from Ted the salesman and Reg who say there is no further at the time of vehicle will not cover transmission work that needs to be done. No support from Ted the salesman and Reg who say there is no further action to take. I purchased 3400$ package that does not expired or used the 10K. It is a total Gimmick to get warranty on used luxury vehicles. Very disappointed. More

Ted was recommended to us when looking to purchase a new Escape. Ted never talked down to us or made us feel uncomfortable in regards to any question we asked.
