Seamless, hassle free process from start to finish. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the ability to get a ball park figure for my trade before making the trip to the dealer Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My deal did not need financing and I said at the outset I did not require any service plans, gap insurance etc. To the dealership credit these were never up sold to me. I was thankful that the ‘lost key’ option was mentioned as I opted for this. Great handover and explanation of the vehicle functions. More
