Sylvia never pressures me to buy a certain model, nor does she pressure me to purchase any extras. She just presents what is available and totally leaves it up to me to decide for myself. I also received great service from Nicole Levasseur when we were doing the paper work, I felt no pressure and she communicated with me through numerous emails to pass on the information that I requested. Whenever ToyotaTown has a special deal on that Sylvia thinks would be an advantage to me she will give me a call...Her no pressure approach is why I keep coming back to her and ToyotaTown. I went on Saturday afternoon just shopping around for a new vehicle and Sylvia was extremely helpful. We had a brief conversation and she then immediately allowed me to take a Rav4 for a test drive. Upon my return, she sat with me asking questions and answering mine. Before I knew it, I was no longer just looking, I was leasing. I picked up my new Rav4 the following Wednesday night and have been extremely happy.
