We have been extremely well served both in terms of sales, service and consistent high quality vehicles. Sylvia Donovan has been our "Toyota Person" for the past decade. Her expertise and ability to answer all of our questions in a meaningful and helpful way has always been reassuring. Her son Michael and Ben Emeny, and Madison aided our most recent experience and provided Sylvia some assistance given the demand for her time. This dealership consistently delivers excellence in all encounters and the Service Department is second to none. Having a vehicle that requires very little more than regular maintenance to provide reliable transportation has been a great experience. Of Note, I was rear ended while stopped at a stop light and I felt like I was in a tank! While never wanting to put my vehicle to this test, I can say that I felt little to no effect at the time of the collision...the car didn't move even an inch forward (so no rear ending of the car in front of me - because of the safety features that locked the brakes) and the damage to my vehicle was significantly less than the car that hit me. The relief of knowing this made my purchase of another RAV4 extremely easy. Sincere thanks to all who make this Dealership, my #1 place to go! More
