I am a newcomer to Canada and bought my first car last week, KIA Soul from Super Dave's. I was looking for a local shop that physically exists, so I could come and see the car, talk to the live manager, a week, KIA Soul from Super Dave's. I was looking for a local shop that physically exists, so I could come and see the car, talk to the live manager, and come back to if anything goes wrong for help. The purchase was quick, smooth and transparent. I was not looking for financing and appreciated the fact that no additional payments suddently appeared for the direct purhchase. I was given clear instructions and additional guidance on how car registration, insurance, MVI, etc. worked in Nova Scotia. E-mail instructions were promptly given at every step of the way, they returned every e-mail within minutes, and phone calls as well. The car I looked up on Super Dave's website was exactly as described, car detailing team did an amazing job for this 5-year old vehicle, paperwork was in order, both keys in place, the car was delivered to my doorstep, full tank, and when I took it for a ride today in very inclement weather conditions and the baby was just great. There is a complimentary warranty which I truly hope I will not need to use. Overall, very positive experience, will definitely use them again when I need a new vehicle later, and will likely come for car service too.
