My grandson was in need of a vehicle and asked that I accompany him to a number of Regina dealerships in search of a decent truck/car or SUV that he could get for a fair price, preferably with zero down accompany him to a number of Regina dealerships in search of a decent truck/car or SUV that he could get for a fair price, preferably with zero down and acceptable payment schedule. Fortunately my grandson received Mr. Steve Hoath as his sales consultant. Steve listened intently while the grandson explained his work history and financial situation to him. After some discussion as to vehicle preferences Steve requested a bit of time to see what he could come up with. I a relatively short time period Steve returned with a short list of vehicles he felt could be feasible choices. After a bit of tire kicking and test driving my grandson was on his way to pick up licence plates for a 2017, low mileage, vehicle of his choice. I would like to thank Steve for the assistance and advice he provided my grandson and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. I would also like to compliment Trisha Zimmer for professional attitude when finishing up the financial details. Was a great experience dealing with Steve and Marino from start to finish. This is our second Ram 1500 truck we have purchased from Crestview in the past 3 years and we have no reasons to shop anywhere else start to finish. Tried to see if this guy would honour the price he gave me pre covid so we could pickup where we left off. He danced around a lot trying to sell me a song on supply chain and how financials work. Yep probably a good idea to know more about customers before you lecture them on what they do for a living. Then he just ripped into me, when I started to question the price structure. No emotional intelligence for someone working with people let alone managing a team. Feel bad for his team. Actually bought off an ex employee of his at another dealership. My hunch was right treats his employees even worse than customers. More
